Did you know that two of the "Big" real estate companies in Western New York are now attempting to charge their buyers and sellers a "Regulatory Compliance Fee" when they sign contracts to purchase or sell a home.  As if paying a 7% commission isn't enough, these companies are now trying to squeeze an additional $95.00 to $99.00 additional commission in the form of this new fee.

If you are working with one of the "Big" companies, before you list your home or shop for a home you should ask your agent if they plan on charging you this "extra" fee.  If you hate your money we suggest you ignore this message and carry on as usual.

However, if you value your money and you would like to work with a stand-up company that does not charge an additional fee for the privilege of working with them then give us a call.
