• Rick comes to Great Lakes Real Estate after spending six years in Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing.
• Previously he spent fifteen years as a consultant and President of Action CAD/CAM, a Manufacturing and Automation Consulting firm in Buffalo and Rochester. His clients included Kodak, GM, Strippit, Dresser-Rand, and Xerox.  He has also worked in Banking as well as for the City of Buffalo Division of Planning as an Analyst and Manager of the Community Development Data Center.
• He has a Masters Degree in Engineering and an MBA with a concentration in Finance.
• Mr. Greenberg has also been an instructor at WNY colleges. His main focus of teaching has been in the field of Finance, but he has also taught Computer Science, Urban and Regional Planning, Economics, and Statistics.
• As a lifelong resident of Western New York, Rick has extensive knowledge of the Buffalo and its suburbs and is using this knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate industry to improve Economy and Quality of life in our area.

·         Rick has been married for 37 years and has three children.

·         He is currently a member of Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors, The International Gateway Taskforce, and is formerly the coordinator of the Buffalo Academy of the Visual and Performing Arts Site Based Management Team.
